歯朶谷山（第一林間広場）眺望コース・森林浴コース（愛媛県伊予市）標高314m
今日はえひめ森林公園に。
歯朶谷山そのものが森林公園になっています。
管理棟からアスレチックコースに入り、そこか、眺望コースへ。
その名の通り、眺望スポットが2ヶ所あります。
頂上広場からは、森林浴コースへ。
宝珠寺までの、なだらかな登りを楽しみました。
この後は谷上山に向かいます。
＊本当は先日の寒波の日に、雪景色の中を歩きたかったのですが、ノーマルタイヤでは全く近づけず😂

Today we went to Ehime Forest Park.
Mt. Sinotani itself is a forest park.
From the administration building, you can enter the athletic course, and then go to the view course.
As the name suggests, there are two view spots.
From the summit plaza, go to the forest bathing course.
We enjoyed the gentle ascent to Houjuji Temple.
After this, we headed for Mt.
*I really wanted to walk in the snowy landscape on the day of the cold wave the other day, but I could not get close at all with normal tires.
