紫雲出山 桜の名所 死ぬまでに行きたい！世界の絶景（香川県三豊市）標高352m
「死ぬまでに行きたい！世界の絶景 日本編」に掲載されている香川県の紫雲出山。
以前、青ノ山で出会った御夫婦に、桜の名所のお薦めの山として教えていただきました。
調べたところ、お花見シーズンは車で登るのは予約制（有料）とのこと。
ただし、歩き登山の場合は、四国のみちを登っていくことができそうです。
ということで、3月27日に予定を入れていたところ雨に…しかも寒い。
3月30日に松山市が満開宣言を出したので、これはいかねば！ということで、3月31日に行ってきました！
結論から言えば、早すぎました…
3部咲きとなっていたのですが、実際はほとんど咲いていない状況。
うーん、また、来年にチャンレンジですね。
さて、桜のシーズンは紫雲出山登山口（車道）よりかなり手前にある、大浜漁港が駐車場となります。
車で登る方（有料）も大浜漁港集合となります。
四国のみちへの案内看板も出ていてわかりやすいです。
まずは住宅街の細道を歩いていくと、鳥居横に「紫雲出山大浜登山口」の標識があります。
しばらく舗装道を案内に沿って歩くと、山に入る階段道に。
山頂まで2.0km、200m毎に標識があります。
残り1.2kmあたりで、なんと車道に！
ここから車道を歩くと、紫雲出山 第１駐車場に到着。
右手には展望ゾーンに上がる階段があります。
ここも良いのですが、駐車場から見る瀬戸内海の景色の方がきれいです！
ここから10分ほど歩くと、紫雲出山山頂です。
桜並木が凄いのですが、いかんせん、早すぎました…全く咲いてない…。
山頂には紫雲出山遺跡や、紫雲出山遺跡館 喫茶コーナーがあります。
さらに奥に進むと、紫雲出山 山頂展望台があります。
瀬戸内の島々を一望できる展望台。
1本だけ桜が咲いていて、癒やしになりました。
山頂に登った際には、車の下山タイミングで人が少なく、ゆったりと見ることができました。
下り始めた頃が、車の登山タイミングで、ものすごい人の波に。
紫雲出山は、ニューヨークタイムズにも取り上げられたことがあるそうで、多くは中国系、韓国系の海外の方が多い印象でした。
しかし、一面の桜の景色、見たかったですね。残念！
桜山になるには数日早かったですね…（汗）

健脚なら1時間程度
「紫雲出山大浜登山口」
道も整備されているので歩きやすいです
さすが四国のみち！
山歩きとしてはかなりもの足りない感じ
近くの展望スポットより駐車場からの眺望の方がお薦め！
時間の標識は車の下山時間（Aは第一弾）
下山時間前は人が少なくて快適です！
（帰り際に第二弾が上がってきて、一気にわさわさの世界に）

本当なら桜の中だったのですが…残念
まっすぐ進むと箱峠へ
大浜登山口から箱峠までの往復（往復8km程度）が楽しそうです

Shiudeyama in Kagawa Prefecture, which is featured in “The World’s Greatest Views in Japan! The World’s Greatest View in Japan”.
A couple I had met at Mt. Aono told me about this mountain as a recommended cherry blossom viewing spot.
Upon investigation, they told us that during the cherry blossom viewing season, climbing by car is by reservation only (for a fee).
However, for walking hikers, it seems that it is possible to climb the Shikoku-michi trail.
So, we made plans for March 27, but it rained…and it was cold.
Matsuyama City declared the cherry blossoms in full bloom on March 30, so we had to go! So I went on March 31!
As it turned out, it was too early…
It was supposed to be 3 parts in bloom, but in fact, it was hardly in bloom.
Well, we will try again next year.
Well, the season of the cherry blossoms is considerably before the trailhead (roadway) of Mt.Shiude.
Those who climb by car (for a fee) will also meet at Ohama fishing port.
There is also a signboard that guides you to the Shikoku no Michi, which is easy to find.
First, walk along the narrow path in the residential area, and you will see a sign “Shiudeyama Ohama Trailhead” next to the torii (gateway to the mountain).
After walking along the paved road for a while following the guide, you will come to a stairway leading into the mountain.
It is 2.0 km to the summit, with signs every 200 meters.
With 1.2 km to go, you will come to a roadway!
Walking along the roadway from here, you will arrive at the first parking lot of Mt.Shiude.
On your right is a stairway leading up to the observation zone.
The view of the Seto Inland Sea from the parking lot is more beautiful!
A 10-minute walk from here takes you to the summit of Mt.Shiude.
The rows of cherry trees are amazing, but it was too early…they were not in bloom at all….
At the top of the mountain, there are the ruins of Mt.Shiude.
Further in the back of the mountain, there is the Shikuundezan summit observatory.
The observatory commands a panoramic view of the islands of the Seto Inland Sea.
Only one cherry tree was in bloom, which was soothing.
When we climbed to the top of the mountain, there were few people due to the timing of the car’s descent, so we were able to view the view in a relaxed manner.
When we started to descend, it was the right time for cars to climb the mountain, and there was a huge wave of people.
I heard that Mt. Shiude. has been featured in the New York Times, and I had the impression that many of them were overseas visitors, mostly of Chinese and Korean descent.
However, I would have liked to have seen the view of cherry blossoms all over the mountain. Too bad!
