御串山 大山祇神社の飛地境内 阿奈波神社のある半島のお山（愛媛県今治市・大三島）標高66m
大三島の宮浦港にやってきました。
このあたりは、大山祇神社の飛地境内で、境外摂社・阿奈波神社があるそうです。
（その手前で止まってしまいました）
この小さな半島にあるのが御串山です。
登山口がわかりにくいのですが、おそらくここだろうという場所から登ります。
とはいうものの、道に入った瞬間、倒木と藪で進めそうにありません。
少し回り込んで、道に上がっていき尾根に出ます。
そこから先は一本道です。
思ったより道はきれいで歩きやすかったです。
10分ほどで山頂に到着。
三角点と、大三島ウォーキング狂会さんの山頂標識がありました。
この標識、陶器でできているのですよね。これは良いですね！
この場所には、御串山城というお城があったのだとか。
歩いている途中、何度がガサガサと人の気配のような大きな音がしたのですが、誰も現れず。
何か大きな動物が住んでいるのでしょうね。

I’ve arrived at Miyaura Port on Ōmisima.
This area is part of the detached precincts of Ōyamazumi Shrine, and I’ve heard there’s an auxiliary shrine here called Anaba Shrine.
(I ended up stopping just before it.)
Mount Mikushi is located on this small peninsula.
The trailhead is hard to spot, but I started climbing from a spot that seemed like it might be the right place.
That said, the moment I stepped onto the trail, fallen trees and thick brush made it seem impossible to proceed.
I took a slight detour, made my way up to the trail, and reached the ridge.
From there on, it was a straight path.
The trail was in better condition than I expected and easy to walk on.
I reached the summit in about 10 minutes.
There was a triangulation point and a summit sign from the Oomishima Walking Club.
This sign is made of pottery, isn’t it? That’s really nice!
Apparently, there used to be a castle here called Mount Mikushi Castle.
While I was walking, I heard loud rustling sounds—like someone was nearby—a few times, but no one appeared.
I suppose some large animal must live around here.
