梁瀬山 少彦名命を祀る神聖なお山 道迷いに注意です（愛媛県大洲市）標高371.8m
少彦名神社の裏にそびえる山が梁瀬山です。
本殿の左裏が登山口になっています。
まずは長い石段からスタート。
この石段、途中が崩れていてロープを張ってくれている珍しい階段。
気をつけて登りましょう。
階段を登り切って少し進むと、神楽殿（中殿）跡があります。
見事に崩れてしまっているのですが、昔は立派な中殿があったのでしょうね。
さてさて、ここからがなかなかの登山道。
道はあるのです。
道はあるのですが、初めてだととてもわかりにくいので迷います。
YAMAPでルート確認しながら進みましょう。
私は2回ほど外れてしまい、よじ登って道に戻りました。
迷いながらの登山も、なかなか楽しいものです。
（YAMAPがあってこそですが…）
尾根にまで登ると、ハート型のハート池が出迎えてくれます。
この日は水が少なくわかりにくかったのですが、誰もいない山奥でハートに出会えるのは不思議ですね。
山頂まではあと少し。
尾根沿いに進んでいくと、梁瀬山山頂に到着です。
標識と三角点が出迎えてくれました。
残念ながら眺望はあまりありません。
ハート池から反対側の尾根を進むと、紅葉山への参道です。
片道40分ということで、本日はタイムアップで諦めました。
またの機会に。
こういう忘れ物登山が楽しくもありますが、眺望などのご褒美がないとプレッシャーでもあるのですよね（汗）

私は道を外してしまい、返りに見つけました

The mountain that rises behind the Sukunahikona Shrine is Mt. Yanase.
The trailhead is located behind the left side of the main shrine.
The first step is a long stone staircase.
This stone staircase is unusual in that the middle of the staircase has collapsed and a rope has been put up.
Climb the stairs with care.
After climbing the stairs, you will find the remains of the Kaguraden (central hall).
It has collapsed beautifully, but there must have been a magnificent Naka-den in the past.
Now, from here, it is quite a trail.
There is a path.
There is a path, but it is very confusing and you will get lost if it is your first time.
Check the route on Yamap as you go.
I got off the trail twice and had to climb back up to get back on the path.
Climbing a mountain while getting lost is quite enjoyable.
(But only if you have YAMAP…)
Once you reach the ridge, you will be greeted by the heart-shaped Heart Pond.
It was hard to see because of the low water level that day, but it is strange to see a heart deep in the mountains where no one is around.
The summit is only a short distance away.
As we continue along the ridge, we arrive at the summit of Mt. Yanase.
A sign and a triangular point greeted us.
Unfortunately, there is no view.
Proceeding along the ridge on the opposite side from Heart Pond, you will reach the approach to Mt. Momiji.
As it takes 40 minutes one way, we gave up today because our time was up.
Maybe another time.
This kind of forget-me-not climbing is fun, but without a reward such as a view, it is also a pressure, isn’t it?
