石槌山　下林にある木偏のいしづち（愛媛県東温市）標高251.52m

皿ヶ嶺へ向かう、下林の入口に3つの鉄塔が見えるお山があります。
これが石槌山。
こちらは木偏の石槌です。

登山口は大きく2ヶ所ありまして、山の東側のため池の横から登る道と、山の北側にある民家の横を抜けていく道となります。
どちらの道もコンクリ舗装されている道です。
東側は傾斜が急で、北側はなだらかです。
鉄塔の巡視路等で、主に東側の道が使われているようで、東側はきれいな道なのに対して、北側の道は少し荒れています。

今回は北側から登って、東側より下りてみました。
北側の道は舗装路の上に落ち葉がつもり、とても歩きやすい道です。
道の両側には木々があり、良い日陰となっています。
途中で一瞬、青空が見えますが、基本的には木陰の中を、木漏れ日を楽しみながら歩いていきます。

ハイキング感覚で歩いていると、山頂のなだらかな道に移ります。
木々の間に、電波塔や送電鉄塔が見えてきます。
（後で調べたところ大洲北幹線119番とのこと）
送電鉄塔の横にお堂があり、その後ろに祠があります。
google mapによると、中山石鎚神社とのことです。
（こちらは金偏ですが正しいのでしょうか？）
まずはご挨拶。
祠の右側から奥に進むと三等三角点がありました。
眺望は残念ながらありません。

帰路は東側の道で。
傾斜は急ですが、とてもきれいな道でした。

On the way to Saragamine, there’s a mountain at the entrance to Shimobayashi where you can see three transmission towers.
This is Mt. Ishitzuchi.
The character for “Ishitzuchi” is written with the “tree” radical.

There are two main trailheads: one that starts next to a reservoir on the east side of the mountain, and another that passes by a private residence on the north side.
Both trails are paved with concrete.
The eastern slope is steep, while the northern slope is gentle.
It seems the eastern path is used primarily for utility line inspections, so while the eastern path is well-maintained, the northern path is a bit rougher.

This time, I climbed up from the north and descended via the east.
The northern path is covered with a layer of fallen leaves on top of the paved surface, making it very easy to walk on.
Trees line both sides of the path, providing pleasant shade.
Although I caught a brief glimpse of blue sky along the way, I mostly walked through the shade of the trees, enjoying the dappled sunlight filtering through the foliage.

As I walked along, feeling as if I were on a casual hike, the path transitioned to a gentle trail at the summit.
Through the trees, I could see a radio tower and a power transmission tower.
(I looked it up later and found it to be No. 119 on the Ozu North Trunk Line.)
There is a small hall next to the power transmission tower, with a shrine behind it.
According to Google Maps, this is Nakayama Ishizuchi Shrine.
(The character for “shrine” here has the “gold” radical—is that correct?)
First, I paid my respects.
Heading deeper to the right of the shrine, I found a third-class triangulation point.
Unfortunately, there was no view from there.

I took the eastern path on the way back.
The slope was steep, but it was a very beautiful trail.
