香色山　経塚群とミニ八十八ヵ所巡り　パノラマ眺望の小山　善通寺五岳山縦走（香川県善通寺市）標高157.2ｍ

最後の五岳目は香色山！
筆ノ山の平谷登山口のすぐ近くから、香色山に登っていけます。

落ち葉でふわふわの道を登っていきます。
階段道、岩場を越え、あっという間に香色山山頂に到着です。

山頂は広場になっており、ぐるっと眺望を楽しめます。
先ほどまでいた筆ノ山もきれいに見えます。
また、この山は香色山経塚群となっており、山頂には香色山1号経塚があります。

今回は巡りませんでしたが、香色山はミニ八十八ケ所巡りができるようになっています。
五智院が第1番札所となっており、コースの長さは約1.6kmとのこと。
こちらも巡ってみたいですね。

火上山・中山・我拝師山・筆ノ山・香色山と五岳山を縦走。
最後は善通寺へと下りていきました。
五岳あると退屈しませんね。
良い縦走ルートでした。

The final peak of the Five Mountains is Kōshiki-zan!
You can climb Kōshiki-zan starting right near the Hiraya trailhead at Fude-no-yama.

You ascend a path soft with fallen leaves.
Passing stairways and rocky sections, you reach the summit of Kōshoku-yama in no time.

The summit is a broad clearing offering panoramic views all around.
Mount Fude, where we were just moments ago, is clearly visible.
Additionally, this mountain is part of the Kōshiki-zan Sutra Mound Group, with Kōshiki-zan Sutra Mound No. 1 located at the summit.

We didn’t visit this time, but Kōshiki-zan offers a mini pilgrimage route covering 88 sacred sites.
Gochiin Temple serves as the first temple on this route, which is approximately 1.6km long.
I’d like to try this pilgrimage someday too.

We traversed the Five Peaks: Hiageyama, Nakayama, Gahaishiyama, Fude-no-yama, and Kōshiki-zan.
Finally, we descended towards Zentsūji.
Having five peaks keeps things interesting.
It was a great traverse route.
