火上山 急登ながら登りやすい、のろし台があったお山 善通寺五岳山縦走（香川県善通寺市・香川県三豊市）標高408.9ｍ
本日のMHCは香川県善通寺市。
弘法大師ゆかりの五岳山を縦走します。
本日の縦走ルートは「空海ウォーク」と呼ばれています。
善通寺は屏風浦五岳山誕生院善通寺と言い、善通寺の西側の香色山・筆ノ山・我拝師山・中山・火上山の五岳に由来しています。
今日は国道11号線から少し入った、火上山登山口からスタートです。
竹林を抜け、落ち葉でふかふかの道を登っていきます。
朝は気温が低く、風が強い状況。
もの凄い風の音の中を登っていきます。
なかなかの急登ですが、道沿いに木々が生えているため、掴みながら登れるので楽でした。
途中には展望台があります。
七宝山系がきれいに見える眺望スポット。
こういうご褒美があるのは嬉しいですね。
もう少し急登を行い、尾根に出ます。
尾根を少し歩くと、火上山に到着です。
火上山には不空成就如来の仏像があります。
物事を成就させるための知恵を授けてくださるそうです。
もう少し、きちんとご挨拶しておけば良かったです（笑）
ちなみに、火上山の名前の由来は、軍事上、のろし台を置いたことからつけられたそうです。
のろし台の跡が近くにあるそうです。
続いて、中山に向かいます。

落ち葉がないと岩場感を感じるのでしょうか？
やっぱり眺望のご褒美は嬉しいですよね！

Today’s MHC is in Zentsūji City, Kagawa Prefecture.
We’ll traverse the five peaks of Mount Gogaku, associated with Kōbō Daishi.
Today’s traverse route is called the “Kūkai Walk.”
Zentsūji is formally known as Byōbuura Gogakusan Tanjōin Zentsūji, derived from the five peaks west of Zentsūji: Kōshikisan, Fudenoyama, Gahaishisan, Nakayama, and Hiagema.
Today we start from the Hiageyama trailhead, a short way off National Route 11.
We climb through bamboo groves, ascending a path cushioned by deep layers of fallen leaves.
The morning brings low temperatures and strong winds.
We climb amid the tremendous roar of the wind.
It’s a fairly steep climb, but trees line the path, providing handholds that make it easier.
Along the way, there’s an observation deck.
A viewpoint offering a beautiful view of the Shippo Mountain Range.
It’s nice to have rewards like this.
After a bit more steep climbing, we reached the ridge.
Walking a short distance along the ridge brought us to Hikamiyama.
Hikamiyama has a statue of Fukū Jōju Nyorai (Buddha of Unfailing Accomplishment).
It’s said to grant the wisdom to accomplish things.
I should have paid my respects a bit more properly.
Incidentally, the name Hikagayama apparently comes from the placement of a signal fire platform for military purposes.
The remains of the signal fire platform are said to be nearby.
Next, we head towards Nakayama.
