金毘羅山～水満田古墳公園 夕方の1時間弱のお山散歩コース（愛媛県伊予郡砥部町）標高約150m
時刻は16時半前、日の入りは17時半過ぎ。
軽く山登りがしたくて、ご近所の金毘羅山へ。
いつもの理正院からスタートです。
お参りをして石段を登っていき、金毘羅大権現へ。
こちらもお参りをして、金毘羅山の登り口へと向かいます。
金毘羅山公園への道、最近、誰も通っていないのでしょうか？
草で踏み跡が薄くなっておりました。
そういえば、このブログやInstagramにあるように、もともとはこのような「小山」が中心だったのですよね。
この道もハーハー言いながら登っていたのですが、今は散歩にすら感じないように（笑）
かなり贅沢な体質になってきたようです。
物足りないので、金毘羅山公園から水満田古墳公園へ。
水満田古墳公園は、当時の砥部町の本気が感じられる素晴らしい公園です。
物見やぐら、竪穴式住居、高床式倉庫、石棺、円墳と、何でも揃っており、古代好きには堪らない場所です。
でも、いつも人がいないのですよね（汗）もったいない。
池の周りの遊歩道も素敵ですので、ぜひ、金毘羅山とセットで歩いてみてくださいね。
春のお花見以外でも登ってね！

It was just before 4:30 PM, with sunset past 5:30 PM.
Wanting a light hike, I headed to nearby Mount Kompira.
I started from the usual spot, Rishō-in Temple.
After paying my respects, I climbed the stone steps to Kompira Daigongen.
I paid my respects here too, then headed toward the trailhead for Mount Kompira.
The path to Konpirayama Park… has no one been using it lately?
The grass had obscured the trail.
Come to think of it, as seen on this blog and Instagram, this area was originally centered around such “small hills.”
I used to huff and puff climbing this path, but now it doesn’t even feel like a walk anymore.
Seems I’ve developed quite a pampered constitution.
Feeling unsatisfied, I headed from Kompirayama Park to Mitsumata Kofun Park.
Mitsumata Kofun Park is a fantastic park where you can really feel the dedication of Tobe Town back then.
It has everything: observation towers, pit dwellings, raised-floor storehouses, stone coffins, and circular burial mounds. It’s an irresistible spot for ancient history buffs.
But there’s never anyone there. What a waste.
The walking path around the pond is also lovely, so please be sure to walk around both Kompirayama and this park together.
