雪の上林峠 雪の階段400段下り（愛媛県上浮穴郡久万高原町）標高1062m
竜神平を横切り、上林峠へ向かいます。
皿ヶ峰連峰の縦走ルートに出たら東側へ。
しばらく歩くと、400段と言われている階段がスタートです。
足跡を見ると、今日は1人登ってこられた方がいました。
今日、ここを登るって凄いですね！
雪の階段を下りていきます。
下りる方は楽々ですね！
ただ、風が強く、体が冷えます。
ずっと動いて温かかったので、薄い手袋で雪のロープを触って濡れてしまったのが失敗でした。
慌ててオーバーグローブを装着。
どんどん下りて、上林峠に到着です。
木々の間から、東温市の街並みも眺められます。
少し休憩をして出発。
ここから、先日行った「嶺守の栂」に向いて進もうと思ったのですが、50mほど歩いたところで、なんとスマホがないことに気付きます…
落としたかな？と思って、上林峠まで戻りながら探しても見つからない…
上林峠では確かにあったので、再び、先ほどの地点まで探しながら進んでも見つからない。
結局、3往復探したのですが見つからない…
神隠しのように消えてしまいました（汗）
あんなサイズのものが消えるなんて…
やばい、帰れないかもしれない…
上林峠のベンチ周辺も探しつくしたのですが、ありません。
4往復目で探していると、雪の中に2/3ほど埋まったスマホを発見！
山の神様に感謝です！
このスマホ消失事件のため、なんと30分もロスしてしまいました。
今日は、知らない道を通るなということだなと思い、上林峠から林道に戻り、上林トンネルを抜けて戻りました。
上林トンネルは、出口が見えているのでそのまま入ったのですが、しばらく歩いていると真っ暗に。
トンネルの長さはなんと860m！
慌てて戻り、ヘッドライトを装着したのでした。
拭きっさらしの上林トンネルが一番寒かったですね。

消失してしまったのですよね（汗）
スマホ探しで何度もこの標識を往復
上林トンネルを抜けて帰ります
風が抜けてめちゃくちゃ寒かったです

Crossing Ryujin-daira, we head toward Kanbayashi Pass.
Once on the traverse route of the Saragamine Range, head east.
After walking a while, the staircase—said to have 400 steps—begins.
Judging by the footprints, someone climbed up here today.
Climbing this today is amazing!
Descending the snow-covered steps.
Going down is a breeze!
But the wind is strong, and my body is getting cold.
I’d been warm from moving constantly, so touching the snow-covered rope with thin gloves and getting them wet was a mistake.
Hurriedly put on my overgloves.
Descending steadily, I arrive at Kanbayashi Pass.
Through the trees, I can see the townscape of Toon City.
We took a short break and set off again.
From here, we planned to head towards the “Minemori no Tsuga” we visited the other day, but after walking about 50 meters, I suddenly realized my smartphone was gone…
“Did I drop it?” I thought, searching all the way back to Kanbayashi Pass, but couldn’t find it…
I definitely had it at Kamibayashi Pass, so I searched again, backtracking to where I’d last had it, but still nothing.
In the end, I searched back and forth three times, but it was nowhere to be found…
It vanished like it was taken by the gods.
How could something that size just vanish…
Oh no, I might not be able to get back…
I searched everywhere around the benches at Kanbayashi Pass too, but nothing.
On my fourth trip back, I spotted it! My phone, buried about two-thirds deep in the snow!
Thank goodness for the mountain gods!
Because of this phone disappearance incident, I ended up wasting a full 30 minutes.
Today taught me not to take unfamiliar paths. I returned to the forest road from Kanbayashi Pass, went through Kamibayashi Tunnel, and headed back.
I entered Kamibayashi Tunnel since I could see the exit, but after walking a bit, it went pitch black.
The tunnel was a whopping 860m long!
I panicked and turned back, putting on my headlamp.
The exposed Kanbayashi Tunnel was the coldest part.
