草千里ヶ浜 広大な草原と阿蘇の火口を満喫（熊本県阿蘇市）標高約1130m
阿蘇の中岳火口に向かう途中の草千里ヶ浜。
やっと来ることができました。
広大な草原が美しいですね！
説明によると、烏帽子岳と杵島岳の間の標高1130m程の地にある直径約1kmの二重火口跡とのこと。
草原の面積は78万5000平方メートルとのこと、広いです！
以前来た時には、2つの池があったのですが、晴が続くと小さくなってしまうそうです。
池と草原の景色が良いのですが、広大な草原もまた良しですね。
中岳火口からは、火山の煙が上がるのが見えます。
草千里では、阿蘇草千里乗馬クラブによる乗馬も楽しみなのですが、昨今の大雨により5分コースのみになってしまったとのこと。
20分コース、30分コースで、のんびりと景色を楽しみたかったです。
5分コースのみだからなのか、馬も慣れたもので、お客が乗ると、合図だけで出発し、手引きもなしに自分でコースを歩いて、自分の停止場所まで戻っていました。
トイレはコースを自分から外れて行っていましたので、もう、完璧です（笑）
草原の中にある小さな丘が駒立山なのですが、こちらは時間の都合で登ることができず。
ちょっと残念ですが、草原が広大すぎて近く見えてしまうのですが、往復30分程の時間が必要です。
さて、中岳火口に向かいます！
雨量が少なかったのか池が見えませんが、左右に池ができて美しいのですよね

Kusasenrigahama beach on the way to Nakadake crater in Aso.
We were finally able to come here.
The vast grassland is beautiful!
According to the explanation, it is the remains of a double crater with a diameter of about 1 km, located at an altitude of about 1130 m between Mount Eboshidake and Mount Kishima.
The grassland area is 785,000 square meters, which is huge!
When I came here before, there were two ponds, but I heard that they will become smaller when the weather continues to clear.
The view of the ponds and the grassland is good, but the vast grassland is also good.
From the Nakadake crater, you can see the smoke of the volcano rising.
At Kusasenri, visitors can also look forward to horseback riding by the Aso Kusasenri Horse Riding Club, but due to recent heavy rains, the club has only offered a 5-minute course.
I would have liked to take a 20-minute or 30-minute course and enjoy the scenery at a leisurely pace.
Perhaps it was because it was only a 5-minute course, but the horses were so used to it that when a visitor got on, they started off on cue, walked the course by themselves without any guidance, and returned to their stopping place.
I had to go to the bathroom off the track myself, so I was already perfect (laughs).
The small hill in the meadow is Komadateyama, but we were not able to climb this one due to time constraints.
It is a little disappointing, but the meadow is too vast to make it look close, but it takes about 30 minutes round trip.
Now, we will head for the Nakadake crater!
