えひめ森林公園の鍛錬コースと渓谷探訪ゾーン（愛媛県伊予市）標高314m
無性に山歩きがしたくなり、えひめ森林公園に。
今日は初めての「鍛錬コース」を歩いてみました。
鍛錬というぐらいなので、どれだけ急なのかな？と思っていたのですが、よく整備されて歩きやすい道です。
途中に鳥の巣箱がたくさんあり、かわいかったです。
そこから「渓谷探訪ゾーン」に入り、6番のアスレチックに到着。
前回と同じく「眺望コース」に入ります。
頂上の林間広場の付近には「キャノビーウォーク」が建築中でした。
3月15日までの工事期間でしたので、4月にはオープンでしょうか。

無事に降りてきたところで、気になっていた自然観察道に入ってみました。
5分ぐらい歩くと管理棟につくのかな？と思っていたのですが、実はこれが本当の「渓谷探訪ゾーン」
どんどん登っていってしまうことに（汗）
でも、個人的に好きな山道で堪能することができました。
軽く歩くつもりが、1時間20分ほど歩いてしまいました。

I had an irresistible urge to go hiking in the mountains, so I went to Ehime Forest Park.
Today was my first time to walk the “training course.
I wondered how steep it would be since it was called “training. But the path was well maintained and easy to walk.
There were many birdhouses along the way, which were cute.
From there, we entered the “Gorge Exploration Zone” and arrived at the athletic field No. 6.
As before, we entered the “View Course.
Near the wooded plaza at the top, “Canobie Walk” was under construction.
It was under construction until March 15, so it will probably open in April.
I am looking forward to it!
After getting down safely, I entered the nature observation trail, which I had been curious about.
I thought that a 5-minute walk would take me to the administration building. But in fact, this is the real “canyon exploration zone.
I kept going up and up and up.
However, I was able to enjoy this mountain path, which I personally like.
I intended to walk lightly, but ended up walking for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Quite satisfying♪
