翠波高原 コスモス展望台と北峰展望台（愛媛県四国中央市）標高794m
翠波高原に行ってきました。
翠波高原は全体では約100haの高原ですが、花畑で有名な第1花園は約2ha、第2花園は約1ha、6000本のミツマタが植樹されている第3花園は約1haとなっています。
春には菜の花が、夏から初秋には早咲きのコスモスの花が咲き乱れますが、5月下旬は残念ながら準備期間で花はなく、花園は立ち入り禁止です。
ですが、車道を登っていくと展望台があります。
有名なのがコスモス展望台、花畑の中から眺めても、展望台から花畑を見ても綺麗ですね。
そのまま少し登ると、北峰展望台があります。
北峰展望台からは瀬戸内海の景色と、四国中央市の山々を眺められます。
このまま車道を登ると翠波峰に到着するのですが、戻って遊歩道から登り直します。

I visited Suiha Kogen Plateau.
Suiha Kogen is a plateau of about 100 hectares in total, but the first flower garden, famous for its flower fields, is about 2 hectares, the second flower garden is about 1 hectare, and the third flower garden, where 6,000 mitsumata trees are planted, is about 1 hectare.
Rape blossoms bloom in spring and early cosmos flowers bloom in summer and early fall, but unfortunately there are no flowers in late May, which is the preparation period, and the flower garden is off-limits.
However, there is an observatory up the roadway.
The famous cosmos observatory is beautiful both when viewed from inside the flower garden and when looking at the flower garden from the observatory.
A little further up the road is the Kitamine Observatory.
From the Kitamine Observatory, you can see the view of the Seto Inland Sea and the mountains of Shikokuchuo City.
If you continue up the road, you will reach Suihamine, but you will have to go back and climb again from the promenade.
