筒上山 白鳥居・鎖場・笹の稜線・パノラマ眺望（高知県吾川郡仁淀川町）標高1859.3m
まずは岩黒山を下ります。
これがなかなかの傾斜です。
20分弱で丸滝小屋へ。
鳥居をくぐって丸滝山方面に登っていったのですが、ちょっと距離があるため、本日は諦めて戻ります。（ピークの後はずっと下りのようですね）
この後、崖道が始まります。
鉄板の道が続きますが、ところどころ鉄板が腐食しているため、一歩一歩慎重に進みます。
崖側には手すりがついていますが、決して体重はかけない方が良いですね。
崖道を終えると、筒上山への尾根道と迂回路の分岐点に。
まずは、迂回路で手箱越に向かいます。
迂回路はハイキングとしては、とても気持ちがよい道です。
森の散策という言葉がぴったりで、たくさん深呼吸をして、森のエネルギーをたくさん頂きました。
後半は石段の急な登りが始まります。
写真では伝わりにくいのですが、なかなかの傾斜です。
ひたすら登ると石垣が見えてきます。
手箱越に到着です。
このまま手箱山まで行きたいところですが、本日は折り返して筒上山に。
ここからがひたすら登りです。
白い天空の鳥居をくぐり、どんどん登っていきます。
現れたのは鎖場、聞いてなかったです（汗）
鎖とたくさんのロープがあります。
途中で、ロープの道と、鎖の道に分かれますが、迷わずロープの道を進んでください。
私は鎖の道を進んで後悔しました。
ツツジの木が邪魔で上に登れません・・・
鎖を登ると笹原が待っています。
ここにはたくさんの祠があるのですが、それは別の機会に。
登っていくと一つ目のピーク、大山祇神社に。
お参りをして、笹原の稜線を歩き、もう一つのピークへ。
こちらが、筒上山の山頂です。
祠と小さな小屋がある、広場となっています。
筒上山山頂の眺望も、ぐるりと1周するパノラマ眺望。
雄大な景色を眺めながら、気圧でパンパンに膨らんだメロンパンを食べるのでした。
帰りは、稜線の尾根道を降りて帰ります。
こちらはなかなかの笹薮で、展望はなく、ちょっと退屈な感じでした。残念。
一ヵ所、ロープが張ってある岩道があり、つるつる滑りますので要注意です！
ちなみに、筒上山の山名は、昔、躑髑王権現（つつじおうごんげん）が祭られていたことが由来と言われています。
鉄板を敷いてくれていますが、所々、腐食しているので注意が必要です。

鎖側に進むと、ツツジが邪魔をして登れません・・・
この景色、筒上山からだったのですね！

From Iwaguroyama to Tsutsujouzan.
First, we will descend Mt. Iwaguro.
This is quite an incline.
Marutaki Hut in less than 20 minutes.
Passing through a torii gate, we climbed up toward Mt. Marutaki, but since it is a bit far, we gave up for today and returned. (It seems to go all the way down after the peak.)
After this, the cliff path begins.
The path is made of steel plates, but the plates are corroded in some places, so we proceeded carefully step by step.
There is a handrail on the cliff side, but you should never put your weight on it.
At the end of the cliff path, you will come to the junction of the ridge path to Tsujou Mountain and the detour path.
First, take the detour route to Tebako Koshi.
The detour is a very pleasant path for hiking.
A walk in the forest is the perfect word for it. We took many deep breaths and received a lot of energy from the forest.
The second half of the hike begins with a steep climb up stone steps.
It is hard to convey in the picture, but it is quite a steep slope.
As we climbed the steps, a stone wall came into view.
We have arrived at Tebakokoshi.
We would have liked to continue up to Tebako-yama, but today we will turn around and go to Tsutsujo-yama.
From here, it is all uphill.
Passing through the white torii gate, we continued to climb higher and higher.
We were not told that we would have to climb up a chain-linked path.
There are chains and many ropes.
On the way up, you will be divided into two paths, one with ropes and the other with chains.
I regretted taking the rope path.
The azalea trees were in the way and I could not climb up…
After climbing up the chains, a bamboo field awaits you.
There are many shrines here, but that is a story for another time.
Climbing up, we reached the first peak, Oyamazumi Shrine.
After paying our respects, we walked along the ridge of the bamboo grassland to another peak.
This is the summit of Tsutsukamiyama.
It is a square with a shrine and a small hut.
The view from the summit of Tsutsujouzan is also a panoramic view that circles around the mountain.
While admiring the magnificent view, we ate melon bread that had been puffed up by the air pressure.
On the way back, we descended the ridge trail on the ridge line to return home.
This one was a bit boring, with no view and quite a lot of bamboo bushes. It was a pity.
There is a rocky path with a rope at one place, and it is slippery, so be careful!
Incidentally, the name of Mt. Tsutsujouzan is said to come from the fact that Tsutsujiougongen was worshipped there in the old days.
