稲荷山・紫雲山 念願の栗林公園の借景のお山（香川県高松市）標高166m
香川県高松市の栗林公園。
6つの池と13の築山が配置された、国の特別名勝に指定された美しい日本庭園。
その借景となっているのが紫雲山です。
とはいうものの、紫雲山とは稲荷山と室山の2つの山を合わせた名称。
珍しいお山ですが、よくよく考えると、石鎚山もそうですね！
香川出張ついでに、念願の紫雲山に登ってきました。
まずは稲荷山から！
栗林公園の北側にある、JR栗林公園北口駅の近くに、中野稲荷神社があります。
ここが稲荷山登山口です。
稲荷大明神にご挨拶をして右に進むと山に入っていきます。
紫雲山ハイキングコースの標識があり、稲荷山姫塚まで1.2km。
さすがに道はよく整備されています。
道なりに上へ上へと登っていくと、岩が積まれた丘に。
この上が稲荷山山頂です。
稲荷山の尾根は、いくつかの積石塚からなる稲荷山姫塚古墳となっています。
古墳時代前期のものだとか。
山頂は、残念ながら眺望はありませんでした。
ここから尾根伝いに室山へ向かいます。
お参りしたら右手へ
標識に従って真っすぐ登ります

Ritsurin Park in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture.
This beautiful Japanese garden, with six ponds and thirteen artificial mountains, is designated as a special place of scenic beauty by the government.
Shiunzan (Mt. Shiun) serves as the borrowed scenery.
Shiunzan is the name of a combination of two mountains, Inariyama and Muroyama.
Shikunzan is an unusual mountain, but when you think about it, so is Ishizuchi!
During a business trip to Kagawa, I climbed Mount Shiun, a mountain I had longed to climb.
First, let’s start with Mt. Inari!
Nakano Inari Shrine is located on the north side of Ritsurin Park, near JR Ritsurin Koen Kitaguchi Station.
This is the entrance to the Mt.Inari.
Greet Inari Daimyojin and proceed to the right to enter the mountain.
There is a sign for the Shiunzan Hiking Trail, and it is 1.2 km to the Inariyama Himezuka.
As expected, the trail is well maintained.
As you follow the path upward, you will come to a hill piled with rocks.
This is the summit of Mt.Inari.
The ridge of Mt. Inari is the Inariyama Himezuka Tomb, which consists of several mounds of piled rocks.
It is said to be from the early Kofun period.
Unfortunately, there was no view from the summit.
From here, follow the ridge to Muroyama.
