40mの落差は圧巻！権現の滝（愛媛県上浮穴郡久万高原町）
国道33号線から橋をわたり、権現の滝へ。
約4.5kmの道のり。
とにかく道が狭い！
大きな車で向かうのは、あまりお勧めしません。
看板があまりないので、途中で不安になりますが、どんどんまっすぐ進んでいきます。
権現の滝の看板の横に川が流れ、滝らしきものが見えますが、こちらは違います。
川を渡って、右手の山の方に向かう道を登っていくと、2～3分程で滝が見えてきます。
高さ40mの権現の滝。
雨量によって、表情を大きく変える滝とのことですが、本日は穏やかな滝でした。
道から見ることもできますが、実は滝のすぐ側まで行くことができます。
ちょっと急ですが、ロープを張ってくれていますので簡単に登れます。
滝の側から見る滝は、やはり圧巻です！
看板に書かれてあった言葉が素敵でしたので、転載させていただきます。
春は新緑が陽に照らされて美しく
夏は水量が多く勇壮で、水の落ちる音が谷間に響きます。
秋は紅葉がとても美しく、カエラを向けるのには絶好のポイントの一つ。
冬は雪と氷に包まれて美しい光景が広がり
寒さが厳しいときには滝上から下まで全てが凍りついて水の流れが見えなくなることも。
こんなこと書かれたら、道が悪くても、全季節に見に来たいですね♪

Cross the bridge from Route 33 to Gongen Falls.
The road is about 4.5 km long.
The road is very narrow!
It is not recommended to head there in a big car.
There are not many signs, so you may feel uneasy on the way, but keep going straight.
Next to the Gongen Falls sign, you will see a river flowing by and what looks like a waterfall, but this is not it.
Cross the river and follow the path up toward the mountain on the right, and you will see the waterfall in about 2 to 3 minutes.
Gongen Falls is 40 meters high.
The waterfall is said to change its appearance greatly depending on the amount of rainfall, but today it was a calm waterfall.
You can see it from the path, but actually you can go right up to the side of the waterfall.
It is a little steep, but ropes are provided so it is easy to climb up.
The waterfall seen from the side of the falls is still a spectacular sight!

In spring, the fresh greenery is beautiful in the sunlight.
In summer, the volume of the water is large and heroic, and the sound of the falling water echoes through the valley.
In autumn, the autumn leaves are very beautiful and one of the best places to point the cahieras.
In winter, snow and ice make for a beautiful sight.
When it is cold, everything from the top of the falls to the bottom can be frozen over, making it impossible to see the flow of water.
If you write this, I would like to come see it in all seasons even if the road is bad♪
