歌仙の滝 36歌仙になぞらえた菊間町の滝（愛媛県今治市）
菊間町の歌仙の滝に行ってきました。
滝の上から滝壺までが18間、滝壺から下流まで18間、計36間あるため、「36歌仙」になぞらえて、「歌仙の滝」と名づけられたと伝えられているそうです。
歌仙の滝公園の入口に駐車場があります。
近くに登り口があり、公園の案内板があります。
春は桜がきれいです。
登っていくと、本来の道は通行止めになっていたのですが、小道が滝まで続いています。
歌仙の滝を見上げながら階段を登ると、滝見観音堂に。
お堂の横から、滝見観音が鎮座している滝の横に出ることができます。
今年の雨不足もあり、滝はちょろちょろといった感じでした。
春にあらためて来たいですね。

I visited Kasen-no-taki Falls in Kikuma Town.
It is said that the waterfall was named “Utasen-no-taki” (meaning “Poet’s Falls”) in reference to the “36 poets” because the distance from the top of the waterfall to the basin is 18 ken, and the distance from the basin to the downstream is 18 ken, or 36 ken in total.
There is a parking lot at the entrance of Utasen-no-taki Park.
There is an entrance to the park nearby and an information board about the park.
The cherry blossoms are beautiful in spring.
As we climbed up, the original path was closed to traffic, but a small path leads to the waterfall.
Climbing the stairs while looking up at the Kasen Falls, you will come to the Takimi Kannondo Hall.
From the side of the hall, you can go out to the side of the waterfall where Takimi Kannon sits.
Due to the lack of rain this year, the waterfall was only a trickle.
I would like to come back in the spring.
