総津権現山 西の石鎚・豊峰神社（愛媛県伊予郡砥部町）標高440m
旧広田町の総津に、砥部陶街道の32番となる総津権現山があります。
広田石鎚とも呼ばれており、石鎚山と同じく3つの鎖場がある修験道です。
標高は440m。
登山口から140m程を一気に登ります。
せり割りと呼ばれる、細い岩の隙間を抜け「一の鎖」に。
鎖の横には鉄梯子があるので、こちらで登ります。
途中、いくつか分岐がありますが、豊峰神社の方向に。
なだらかな道には「じゅずかけの杉」という杉の木が。
「二の鎖」は前半は鉄梯子があるのですが、後半は鎖のみ。
気をつけて登ります。
登った先には「西のぞき」という展望スペースがあるのですが、残念ながら木々で見えず。
最後の「三の鎖」を登ります。
このあたりから展望が素晴らしくなります。
こちらは鉄梯子はなく、鎖のみです。
難易度はそれほど高くないので、気をつけて登りましょう。
最後の岩肌を登ると権現山山頂です。
山頂には蔵王権現をお祀りする豊峰神社があります。
お礼を伝えたら、景色を堪能です。
登った人にしか見ることのできない、気持ちの良い山々の景色。
急な登山ではありますが、全体的に難易度は低く、ご褒美は大きいと思います！

SotsuGongenyama, No. 32 on the Tomochi Highway, is located in Sotsu in the former Hirota Town.
Also called Hirota Ishizuchi, it is an ascetic trail that, like Mt.Ishizudhi.
The elevation is 440 meters.
From the trailhead, the trail climbs for about 140 meters at a stretch.
Passing through a narrow gap in the rock called “Seriwari,” you will reach the “first chain”.
There is a steel ladder next to the chain, so use this to climb up.
There are several forks along the way, but go in the direction of Toyomine Shrine.
The gentle path leads to a cedar tree called “Juzukake-no-sugi.
The first half of the “second chain” has a steel ladder, but the second half has only chains.
Climb carefully.
At the end of the climb, there is a viewing area called “Nishi Nozoki” (look to the west), but unfortunately, you cannot see it due to the trees.
Climbing the last “third chain.
From this point on, the view becomes more spectacular.
There is no steel ladder here, only chains.
The difficulty level is not so high, so be careful.
Climbing the last rock face leads to the summit of Mt.Gongen.
At the summit is Toyomine Shrine, dedicated to Zao Gongen.
After thanking the shrine, enjoy the view.
Only those who have climbed the mountain can see the pleasant view of the mountains.
Although it is a steep climb, the overall difficulty is low and the reward is great!
Even if you are afraid of heights, please believe in yourself and try the climb!
