西権現山・稲荷権現山 伊豫稲荷神社の背後にそびえる絶景ポイント（愛媛県伊予市）標高194m
伊豫稲荷神社の裏鳥居から西権現山（稲荷権現山）に向かいます。
といっても舗装道で登りますので、スクーター登山です。
高速道路の伊予インター横から伊豫稲荷神社の裏鳥居に抜け、高速道路の下をくぐります。
そのまま右手の池沿いの道を登っていきます。
かなり細い道ですので、軽自動車以外はお奨めしません。
スクーターがベストです！
杉並木の道を抜け、登りに。
道が狭く、落ち葉が多いので、スリップに注意です。
西権現山はYAMAPには載っていませんが、google mapでは検索されるというお山。
googleナビに従って進めば1本道ですので、すぐに到着します。
山頂付近に「権現山近道」の案内標識があります。
ここからは道があまりよくないので、歩いて登ります。
急な坂ですが、200m程度の距離です。
ヘアピンカーブを曲がると、伊予市の眺望が広がる広場に到着。
さすが伊予市八景！
ここから少し登るとお社があり、石鎚大権現が祀られています。
ご挨拶をして裏手に回ってみましたが、三角点はありませんでした。
広場に戻り、ゆっくり景色を堪能して帰路につきます。

From the back torii of Iyo Inari Shrine, we will head for Nishi Gongenzan (Mt. Inari Gongen).
However, you will be climbing on a paved road, so this is a scooter mountaineering trip.
Pass through the back torii of Iyo Inari Shrine from the side of the Iyo Interchange on the expressway and pass under the expressway.
Continue up the path along the pond on the right.
The road is quite narrow, so we do not recommend anyone other than a light car.
Scooters are best!
Pass through the path lined with cedar trees and start to climb.
The path is narrow and there are many fallen leaves, so be careful not to slip.
Nishigongenyama is not listed on Yamap, but it is a mountain that can be found on google maps.
If you follow the google navigation system, you will soon arrive at the mountain because it is a straight road.
There is a “Gongenzan Shortcut” sign near the summit.
From here, the path is not very good, so we will walk up the mountain.
It is a steep slope, but it is only about 200 meters.
After a hairpin curve, you will arrive at a plaza with a view of Iyo City.
It is indeed one of the eight views of Iyo City!
A short climb from here leads to a shrine, where Ishizuchi Daigongen is enshrined.
We greeted the deity and went around to the back of the shrine, but did not find a triangular point.
We returned to the plaza, took our time to enjoy the view, and headed home.
